If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours' notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.

Our office provides on-call service for emergencies, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our surgeons participate with a select list of insurance carriers, including Medicare of New York and New Jersey, U.S. Healthcare and Aetna. If we're not in your insurance plan, we work to obtain the necessary approval for your intended surgery. Covered procedures vary with each insurance company; our office staff will assist you in determining eligibility.

Patients are ultimately responsible for deductibles, co-payments and any balance not paid by insurance. You also have the option of paying office and surgical fees in advance and then receiving the reimbursement check directly from the insurance company.

Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, MasterCard check cards, Visa check cards and the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.
